When you request a quote we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, property details, service preferences, and any notes about pets or access. We also collect payment information when you pay a deposit through Stripe.
We use your information only to provide lawn service and run our business: preparing your quote, scheduling work, contacting you about your appointment, and processing deposits. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your information is stored in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular security monitoring. We keep quote records as long as needed to provide service and maintain our records.
Deposits are processed through Stripe. Stripe collects payment details according to its own privacy and security standards. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
We use essential cookies and basic analytics tools to help our website function properly and understand site traffic (such as pages visited and general device information). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and phone communications from TruCut Lawn Service related to your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect essential service-related communications about an active appointment.
We use Google Maps to confirm your service address and estimate property details. This means your address may be sent to Google for geocoding and map display, governed by Google's privacy policy.
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TruCut Lawn Service, our customers, or others. If TruCut Lawn Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We retain account, transaction, and service history for the time required to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements (generally 4 to 7 years). Non-customer inquiries and quote requests are discarded periodically once no longer active. All data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Under applicable state law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to confirm, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, as well as opt out of targeted advertising. To submit a request, please email support@trucutlawnservice.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will provide instructions on how to appeal our decision.
