Payment & Presence Policy
Please read before booking your service.
Paying by card — full payment 4+ hours before service: If the remaining balance is paid in full at least 4 hours before your scheduled service time, you are not required to be present during the service.
Paying by card — balance not paid 4 hours before service: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file used for the deposit at the end of service.
Paying by cash: The full quoted price is due upon arrival at the service site before service begins. Cash payment must be received in full before our team starts work.

4 scheduled visits at 10% off your per-visit rate.

Full season of 12 visits at 20% off.
How Pack Pricing Works
Your pack price is based on your confirmed per-visit rate — which is calculated from your property details and selected services. Every customer gets a personalized rate, and the pack discount applies on top of that.
Example: If your confirmed rate is $65/visit, an 8-Visit Pack would be $65 × 8 × 0.85 = $442 — saving you $78 compared to booking individually.
